Lighting Up Your Senses at Mercato Sta. Barbara
Christmas arrived early at Sta. Barbara Heights as Mercato Sta. Barbara opened its bustling gates on December 14, 2024, transforming the space into a lively hub of local flavors, handcrafted keepsakes, and festive charm.
Located at the Sta. Barbara Heights Airport Access Road Entrance, this open-air pasalubong center is set to become a must-visit destination, offering everything from delectable delicacies to one-of-a-kind souvenirs.
The launch kicked off with the thunderous beats of Hilway Drumbeaters, igniting energy in the crowd. As the rhythm softened, the air filled with the graceful harmony of Nelson Pahilagao’s violin and Benmar Coronado’s piano, officially setting the evening in motion.
Leading the market tour, Bam Sampl introduced visitors to a curated selection of local treats and artisanal finds, with merchants proudly presenting their finest offerings.
As night fell, Mercato Sta. Barbara lit up, with fairy lights illuminating the space and a warm glow spreading across the market. The simple yet inviting display turned the venue into a cozy night-time retreat.
Now open daily from 12 PM to 9 PM, Mercato Sta. Barbara isn’t just a marketplace—it’s a celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and community.
